Orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered across India. To facilitate a smooth delivery, we kindly request a complete address with a valid phone number. Please note that dispatches will only be initiated upon confirming this essential detail. Regrettably, we do not currently offer international shipping.

We accept all forms of payment, including cards, UPI, and net banking.

For orders within India, enjoy free shipping on orders over Rs. 899. For orders below Rs. 899, a shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be applied.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Haute Mes, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers. Please note that all orders are considered final upon purchase, and we do not offer cancellation & refunds for any reasons.

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur during shipping, leading to damaged items. In such cases, we are happy to provide replacements for the damaged goods.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at support@hautemes.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photo evidence of the damaged items in your email. Our team will review your request and arrange for a replacement as needed.
